Very comfortable, good location with easy access to tram lines, restaurants, and shops.

The check-in was awkward as we did not receive the door code or apt. number in an earlier email. Required us to send multiple emails to get the info. The sink in the bathroom does not drain properly. Very slow.

Excellent location, very cozy room, lovely to come to a toasty warm room after a cold day. The bed and the couch were super comfortable

Overall good, if the elevator worked it would be 10/10

Bathrooms were great, sinks a little small but that's fine! The bed was comfortable, so was the couch

The elevator never worked while we were there and we were on the 3rd floor, with a pregnant woman walking up stairs everyday. Staff rated low because I never saw one to interact with, but they did an amazing job keeping the place clean in the shadows! The lights were confusing at first There is a light that we couldn't turn off in the kitchen so whoever slept on the couch had to suffer through that. The doors were labeled weird, we had room 309, but we also found that we could open 310 because we got the bedroom and kitchen area.

Easy, comfortable, beautiful streets

Beautiful location, able to walk to many places, close to Frognerparken. Easy check in!

Only go with people you’re very comfortable with, since the bathrooms don’t REALLY have a door but only a slice of glass. You can see, hear and smell most things :D

A really lovely hotel that's great value for money

We really enjoyed our stay here. Having a kitchen was really helpful in a more expensive city like Oslo and it was really well equipped in terms of pots and pans. The room was really big and felt modern and stylish. The hotel was really conveniently located around a 20-25 minute walk from the train station. The beds were super comfortable and we slept really well both nights. The communal areas in the hotel were really nicely decorated and it felt really high quality. The hotel was really reasonably priced given the high standard of the room and we would stay here again if we returned to Oslo.

We loved everything, but if we were being picky it would have been really good if some cooking essentials like salt, pepper and oil were provided. The information pack given with the room informs you that if you run out of toilet roll/soap/washing detergent/toiletries etc you have to replace it yourself - soap and toiletries I understand, but toilet roll feels a little bit harsh!

Nice room in Oslo

Ambiance and design of the building and room. Easy to walk to a range of shops and places to eat.

Please add a sign directing new arrivals from the main entrance on the side of the house around to the back door and the key boxes. Although this info was provided by email, a long day of travel made me too durpy to follow and an arrow would have helped!

The location is perfect, very short walk to a wonderful street of shops and restaurants, and a short walk through the park to the waterfront area. Size of room and bathroom, and we'll equipped kitchen

We were in the basement apartment, and the noise of the people walking on the floorboards was loud and disturbing Bathroom does not have a properly closing door The size of the room could have a larger kitchen space

Excellent accommodation minutes from central Oslo

Conveniently located close to the 19 tram stop (from both Sentral and Theatre train stops, and a few minutes' walk to Theatre through the park), this is a quiet, comfortable studio apartment stay. Within 5 minutes are a coffee shop and supermarket open at 07:00, and plenty of other coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen facilities complete, though without a microwave. Bathroom spotless, the underfloor heating very welcome. And the late check-in instructions via both sms and email were complete and easy.

Only one thing - the shower, oddly, floods the bathroom floor as water flows under the doors. I grabbed a couple of extra bath mat towels from the trolley I saw on the ground floor, which pretty much took care of the problem. But, it would be good if either this could be addressed, or at least a squeegee provided so that guests can take care of this appropriately. If i'd not have taken those extra mats, there'd be a risk in slipping on a very wet floor.

Wonderful

Stayed in Oslo on many occasions but wanted a different experience to a hotel, and can recommend the Apartments Highly. Very good access by transport or walking to see the city and incredible value in comparison to having stayed at the Grand Hotel previously Warm, fully equipped kitchen, fantastic shower and very simple but effective décor.

Cleanliness, friendly staff

It had no slippers niether inside the room nor in the bathroom! And when asked, they didn't have any. This made showering soo dificult! Also when entering we spent half an hour finding our room is in basdment, because there was no sign or guide. Also the basement room didn't have any view.
